This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.351 of 2016 of Saidabad Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 of I.P.C.

During hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner requested this court to direct the concerned police to follow procedure provided under Section 41-A IPC and guidelines laid down by the Apex Court in a decision reported in ARNESH KUMAR V. STATE OF BIHAR (1).

In view of the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, concerned Investigating Agency is directed to follow the procedure provided under Section 41-A IPC and the guidelines laid down by the Apex Court in a decision reported in ARNESH KUMAR V. STATE OF BIHAR (1st cited).
