HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.37697 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he is having valid and subsisting authorization till 31-03-2018, but the respondentauthorities are not supplying the stocks to the petitioner on the ground that Crime No.106 of 2017 of Ananthagiri Police Station is registered against him on 27-09-2017.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies. As long as the petitioner's authorization is valid and subsisting, the respondent-authorities cannot refuse to supply the stocks to the petitioner.

In view of the same, the respondents 3 and 4 are directed to supply the stocks to the petitioner as long as petitioner's authorization is valid and subsisting. However, this order will not preclude the authorities from taking action against the petitioner in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
