Respondent/ Com p la ina nt Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the Petitio ner/Accused No.21 on bail in the event of his arrest pursuant to Crime No.8/2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Sathyavedu; The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri SRINIVASULU KURRA Advocate for the Petitioner, and of Additional Public Prosecutor(AP) for the respondent, the Court made the following.
ORDER
This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused No.21, for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.8 of 2Ol7 ol Sathyavedu Police Station, Chittoor District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 148, 353, 427 | 447 and 506 read with 149 I.P.C. and Section 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984, 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A-21, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/ State and perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that A-1, A-2, A-3, A-5, A-10, A-13, A-14, A-16 to A-19 and A-23 to A-25 were granted bail by this Court vide order, dated LO.O7,2OL7, in Crl.P.No.3858 of 2Ot7 and the petitioner/A-21 is similarly placed. Having regard to the nature of allegations made against the petitioner/ A-2L, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner / A-ZL under Section 438 Cr.P,C. on some conditions, 4, Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed with the following cond itions:
1) In the event of arrest of the petitioner/A-2l by the Station House Officer, Sathyavedu Police Station, Chittoor District, it is directed that he shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,OOO/- ( Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two sureties for like sum each to the satisfaction of the Station House Off icer concerned.
2) After release, the petitioner / A-zL shall maintain peace, shall not indulge in interfering with the investigation and tamper with the evidences that would be collected during the course of investigation.
3) The petitioner/A-21 shall not threaten the de facto complainant or witnesses, directly or indirectly.
4) The petitioner/A-21 shall cooperate with the investigating agency by appearing before it as and when ca lled.
5) The petitioner/A-21 is directed to appear before the Station House Officer on every Sunday between 9:oo A.M. and 1O:OO A,M. for a period of three (3) months. 5.
