THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.46867 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

" ....to issue a writ, order or a direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from her land admeasuring Acs.4.30 guntas in Survey No.1146 of Bada Bheemgal Village, without following due process of law by declaring the high handed action of the respondents in interfering with the possession of the petitioner in respect of the above mentioned land without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary" .
