When the matter is taken up, on instructions, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader (Home), after filing of the writ petition, on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner herein on 21.10.2018, the police have registered the Crime No.104 of 2018.

In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
