O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner, who is a dealer of fair price shop No.17, at D.No.2-57, Sajjapuram Village, Palakeedu mandal, Suryapet District, is that though he has valid authorization up to 31.03.2018, the respondents not supplying the essential commodities for distributing to card holders. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies submitted that the petitioner is involved in Crime No.207/2017 on the file of Police Station, Mattampally, for the offences under Section 420 of IPC and Section 7 of Essential Commodities Act, 1955. However, as on today no action has been taken.

Respondents are directed to supply the stocks of essential commodities to the fair price shop of the petitioner as long as his F.P. authorization is subsisting. However, this order will not preclude the competent authority from taking appropriate action in accordance with law.
