The petitioner is challenging the seizure of the vehicle belong to him.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made a representation before the criminal Court i.e. Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Miryalaguda and the same was returned for filing before the appropriate authority. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that subject vehicle along with stocks have been produced before the 4th respondent.
In view of the same, it is open for the petitioner to make application before the 4th respondent for release of the vehicle and on such application, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders for release of the subject vehicle on production of surety to the satisfaction of the 4th respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of filing of application.
