HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2798 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner/Tenant questioning the order dated 07.04.2016, passed by the Rent Control Appellate Authority-cum-Principal Senior civil Judge, Nellore in R.C.A.No.9 of 2014, confirming the order dated 26.8.2014 passed by the Rent Control-cum-Principal Junior civil Judge, Nellore in R.C.C.No.20 of 2012.

Heard both sides.

There are no merits in Civil Revision Petition as both the Courts below have found that the reasons stated by the land lord are genuine and there is no material on record to take a contra view in the present civil revision petition. However, considering the fact that the petitioner seeks some time to vacate the premises and also considering the fact that the petitioner filed an unequivocal undertaking that he would vacate the premises on or before 01.11.2016, for which the respondents' counsel on instructions, reports no objection, the civil revision petition is being disposed of. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner/tenant to vacate the premises in question on or before 01.11.2016 and hand over the same to the respondent. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this revision, shall stand closed.
