He seeks permission to withdraw the application seeking leave and the Writ Appeal with liberty to file an appeal afresh. Granting liberty as sought for, both I.A.No.1 of 2017 and the Writ Appeal are dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
