HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.35374 OF 2017 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents 1 to 3 in issuing the impugned proceedings for sale of immovable properties of the petitioner under Form 9 & Form 8, dated 01.08.2017 in respect of property in Sy.Nos.336A, 336B, 337, 338, 339, 340, 335 A, 335 B & 121 B, situated at Ogulapoor Village, Ellanthakunta Mandal, Karimnagar District, presently Rajanna-Siricilla District, as illegal and arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Sri Srinivas Polavarapu, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 3 submits that petitioner is aware of the award passed by the 1st respondent.

If petitioner has made any application for Certified Copy of the award passed by the 1st respondent, the respondents are obligated to issue the CC of the same and also certificate under Section 71 of the Telangana State Co-operative Society Act, 1964 (for short 'the Act'). In view of the same, the respondents are directed to issue copy of the award passed by the 1st respondent and also certificate under Section 71 of the Act, if petitioner has made any such application.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
