This petition is filed by the petitioner - Accused No.2 under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail to him in Crime No.169 of 2015 on the file of Annavaram Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 8(c ) r/w 20(b)(1) of the N.D.P.S. Act. Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioner-A2 along with A1 was found transporting 316 kgs of ganja.
