CVNR,J & TA,J W.P.No.38885 of 2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's parents viz., Kavala Satyanarayana Murthy and Kavala Jaya Lakshmi (hereinafter referred to as 'alleged detenu No.1' and 'alleged detenue No.2') before the Court and set them at liberty.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner is absent. The learned Assistant Government Pleader representing the learned Advocate General (A.P.) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, has submitted that alleged detenu No.1 was arrested in connection with crime No.225 of 2014 of respondent No.3 Police Station and was produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate, who remanded him to judicial custody. The learned Assistant Government has further submitted that alleged detenue No.2 has never been in the custody of the Police. 3.

The above submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader have remained uncontroverted.
