I.A.No.1 of 2026 This petition is filed by the petitioner praying this Court to permit him to amend the crime number in Crl.P.No.17935 of 2025 with Crime No.351 of 2024 of P.S.Masab Tank, Hyderabad in the place of Crime No.315 of 2024 of P.S.Masab Tank, Hyderabad.

Heard both sides, Perused the record.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the facts and circumstances stated in the affidavit, this amendment application is allowed.

Registry is directed to amend Crime No.351 of 2024 of Masab Tank Police Station, Hyderabad in the place of Crime No.315 of 2024 of Masab Tank Police Station, Hyderabad in the affidavit of the criminal petition and also in the order dated 07.01.2026 in Crl.P.No.17935 of 2025 wherever it reflects.

I.A.NO.2 OF 2026 This application is filed by the petitioner praying this Court to extend the time granted by this Court to surrender the petitioner before the Station House Officer, Masab Tank Police Station, Hyderabad vide order dated 07.01.2026 in the above criminal petition. Heard both sides.

Having regard to the submissions made and the facts and circumstances stated in the affidavit, this

application is allowed and petitioner is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Masab Tank Police Station, Hyderabad on or before 09.04.2026.
