Learned counsel for the petitioner/A.2 as well as the the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that the present petition has become infructuous in view of filing of charge sheet and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.537 of 2014 on the file of the III Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam.
