THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY I.T.T.A.No.315 of 2015 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Sri J.V.Prasad, Learned Senior Standing Counsel for Income Tax Department, would fairly state that against the order of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, on an identical issue in relation to the very same assessee, the revenue had carried the matter in appeal in I.T.T.A.No.60 of 2014 and a Division Bench of this Court, by its order dated 19.02.2014, had dismissed the appeal.

Following the order of the Division Bench in I.T.T.A.No.60 of 2014 dated 19.02.2015, and in terms thereof, this appeal is also dismissed.
