ORDER: (Per CVNR,J) This writ petition is filed questioning the order, dated 19.02.2014, in O.A.No.34 of 2011 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal').

2. After arguing the case, the learned Government Pleader for Services (TS) appearing for the petitioners requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to his clients to approach the Tribunal for review/extension of time stipulated by it under the impugned order.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioners, in terms of the prayer made.
