The petitioner's husband was working as a Veterinary Assistant Surgeon, and while he was in service, he expired on 06.10.2013. The petitioner applied for appointment on compassionate grounds to the Collector, Medak at Sangareddy, and after considering her case, she was appointed as a Junior Assistant in the existing vacancy under BC-A (woman) category. After her appointment, she submitted a representation on 31.05.2016 to change her from the Department of Mental Care Hospital. Her request was rejected by the second respondent on 02.07.2016. In those circumstances, she reported for duty as Junior Assistant on 14.07.2016. It appears that by the time she reported for duty on 14.07.2016, the time stipulated in the appointment order was expired. In those circumstances, the fourth respondent addressed a letter to the second respondent on 14.07.

In reply, the District Collector, Hyderabad, had requested to seek the clarification and obtain specific approval from the concerned Head of the Department and take necessary action in this regard. It appears that the Director of Medical Education, the third respondent, addressed a letter to the first respondent way back on 23.09.2016 seeking necessary orders for permitting the petitioner to admit on duty as Junior Assistant at the Institute of Mental Health, Hyderabad.

no orders were passed by the first respondent, the present Writ Petition is filed.

Since the facts in this case are clear and the first respondent is required to pass orders and communicate to the petitioner, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the letter of the third respondent dated 23.09.2016 and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
