ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed to relax the order dated 20.11.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.529 of 2025 in Crime No.79 of 2025 by the Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class (Excise)-cumIV Additional Junior Civil Judge, Karimnagar.

Heard S.M. Rizwan Akhtar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri D. Arun Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent - State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial Court while allowing the Crl.M.P.No.529 of 2025 directed the petitioner to comply the conditions passed therein. Learned counsel further submitted that condition No.i i.e., the petitioner/accused No.2 shall be enlarged on bail, on his execution of personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) along with Two Property sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of this Court. He further submitted that the petitioner cannot afford to furnish two property sureties and prayed the Court to modify the said condition.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the order dated 20.11.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.529 of 2025 in Crime No.79 of 2025, i.e., condition No.i i.e., the petitioner/accused No.2 shall be enlarged on bail, on his execution of personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) along with Two Property sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of this Court to that of condition No.i i.e., the petitioner/accused No.2 shall execute a

personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class (Excise)-cum-IV Additional Junior Civil Judge, Karimnagar.

With the above modification, this Criminal Petition is allowed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
