This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 in C.C.No.10B3 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned Xl Additional Metropolitan Magistrate Court, at Kukatpally, Cyberabad, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, registered for the offences under Section 498-4 of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of DP Act.

Heard Sri Koushik Kanduri, learned counsel for the l petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 as well as Sri Jithender Rao Veeramalla, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No.1 -State.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners has limited his arguments seeking a direction to dispense with the appearance of the petitioners before the Trial Court 4.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that appropriate orders may be passed.

Perused the record. The allegations leveled against the petitioners/accused pertain to the offences punishable under Section 498-4 of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of DP Act. C.C.No.10B3 oI 2022 is pending on the file of the learned XI Additional Metropolitan Magistrate Court, at Kukatpally, Cyberabad, Medchal-Malkajgiri District.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Criminal Petition is disposed of dispensing with the presence of the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 before the Trial Court provided that the petitioners are represented through an ..
