This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the orders of this Court in WPMP No. 30444 of 2015 in WP No. 23486 of 2015 dated 17.8.2015, whereby second respondent was directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.4.2015 and pass appropriate orders. In terms of the directions of this Court, order was passed vide proceedings No. 2481/TPS/C17/NZ/GHMC/2015-16 dated 18.3.2016 and copy of the same is served on the petitioner. In view of the same, contempt case is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to workout his remedies. No costs.
