ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for the respondent board.

2. The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner claiming that he is in lawful enjoyment of plot Nos.C1 to C9 admeasuring 1680 sq. yards in Sy.No.149 of Lothukunta, Saraswathi Colony, Secunderabad from the time of his father and claims to have succeeded to the said property in 1992 by inheritance. While so, alleging that there is unlawful interference by respondents 1 and 2 and threat of dispossession of the petitioner without following due process, the present writ petition is filed.

3. Learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 has since received instructions and states that the petitioner is in possession and if any action is intended to be taken against him, respondents 1 and 2 will follow due process prescribed under law and take such necessary action, if required.

4. In view of that, no further directions are called for. Recording the aforesaid statement, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
