Katakam Ravindar, v. The State Of Telangana,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.No.33408 OF 2015
ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing charge Memo vide proceedings No.2034/SERP/HRII/2015, dated 19.09.2015 as arbitrary and illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to drop the said proceedings.
Heard Sri Mangena Sree Rama Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contends that the petitioner was victimized and he was issued a charge memo alleging certain irregularities, for which, he submitted his explanation denying the said charges.
Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, this Court feels that ends of justice would be met if the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the explanation submitted by the petitioner and take a decision either to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner or drop the charge memo.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the explanation submitted by the petitioner and take a decision either to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner or drop the charge memo. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
