Heard counsel for petitioner and the Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents. 2.

Petitioner claims to have made representations on 27.07.2016 and 05.01.2017 seeking promotion as Professor(PG) in Kayachikitsa Department in the Department of AYUSH. He contends that the 1st respondent has not considered the said representations till date. 3.

The Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents states that the 1st respondent will consider the said representations within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider petitioner's representations dt.27.07.2016 and dt.05.01.2017 within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
