THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT COMPANY APPLICATION No.1764 OF 2015 IN R.C.C. No.20 OF 2000 ORDER:

Mr.Anil Kumar submits that against the order dated 19.04.2010 in O.S.A.No.21 of 2005, the auction purchaser and the secured creditor have filed Special Leave Petitions and are tagged to the SLP filed by Official Liquidator.

Having regard to the fact that independent appeals are filed by auction purchaser and secured creditor, the request of Official Liquidator to appoint Senior Advocate to represent the Official Liquidator in S.L.P.(C) No.27351-52/2015 is not necessary. The Official Liquidator is directed to brief the Advocate on record and instruct him to appear and effectively argue the matter. The other prayers are rejected.
