THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.41675 of 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Sri G.L.Narasimha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this Writ Petition on merits and seeks liberty to the petitioner to file appeal against the assessment on imposition of house tax, as demanded by the impugned special notice, dated 16.11.2015. Writ Petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. If the appeal is filed within a period of two weeks from today, we hope and trust that the appellate authority shall consider the same on merits in accordance with law and after granting an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the appeal.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
