This writ petition is filed invoking the inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to declare the action of the respondent-authorities in disobeying the orders dated 23/02/2017 passed by this Court in WP.No. 6304 of 2017 and for not passing speaking order on the representation of the petitioner dated 11/5/2018, as arbitrary, illegal, violative of Article 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently to quash the show cause notice No. NLR/TRT/DDR FS-Srikalahasti, dated 05/12/2016 as void abinitio with the direction to restore the fuel supply to the petitioner's dealership out-let over the premises at survey No. 38/1-B2, SH-61, Srikalahasti town, Chittoor district and to pass such other suitable orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri O.Manohar Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2.
3. The material available on record discloses in vivid terms that pursuant to the orders of this Court in WP.No.6304 of 2017, dated 23/2/2017, the respondents herein passed orders dated 09/6/2018. The said order is not under challenge in this writ
petition, therefore, this Court declines the request of the petitioner herein.
4. However, it is open for the petitioner to question the Proceedings dated 09/6/2018.
5. With the above observation, the writ petition stand disposed of. No costs.
6. As a sequel miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this written petition shall stand closed.
