HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT APPEAL No. 953 OF 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the appellants.
The appellants have impugned the order, dated 14.09.2015, passed by learned Single Judge in W.P.No.27089 of 2015, whereby he has dismissed the petition observing that the revision filed by the appellants before respondent No.2 is pending and has directed the 2nd respondent to fix the revision for early hearing and dispose of the same within time frame.
We have perused the impugned order and the other material placed before the Court. We are not inclined to interfere with the order passed by learned Single Judge and we are satisfied that the following order will meet the needs of justice:
"The 2nd respondent shall consider and decide the appellants' revision pending before him on merits in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Appellants are directed to produce a copy of this order before the 2nd respondent within a period of ten days from today."
Writ appeal is disposed of. It is made clear that we have not examined the merits of the case.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of. _________________________ DILIP B. BHOSALE, ACJ ________________________ S.V. BHATT, J Date: 27.10.2015 ES
