THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.12988 OF 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the Station House Officer, W.C.O.-III, Central Crime Station (CCS), Hyderabad, to conduct investigation in Crime No.79 of 2014 and submit a final report forthwith.

Heard and perused the material available on record. It is the case of the petitioner that a complaint was made against M/s. Metamax Communications Limited and its Directors and officers alleging that the said company obtained investments to a tune of about Rs.9 Crores from the complainant by misrepresenting about the financial position and by projecting the future business opportunities and thereafter, the Directors and other officers of the company provided false accounts to the complainant periodically.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the relief sought by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to pass the following order: "The Station House Officer, W.C.O-III, Central Crime Station (CCS), Hyderabad is directed to conduct investigation and complete the same and file a final report in either way, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
