Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the grievance of the petitioner is pending by way of representation dated 15-03-2017 before the 2nd respondent. As the same is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with law. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
