The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under: 'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue writ or direction preferably Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent nos.2 to 4 in considering the representation dt.26-42018 submitted by the petitioner and others objecting for changes in the revenue records in favour of unofficial respondent in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.2-20 gts., in Sy Nos.625 and 629 situated at Panthangi(v), Chowtuppal(M), Yadadri Bhongir District, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondent no.

4 to issue new pass book in favour of the petitioner with all benefits under Rytu bandu scheme, and pass such other order or orders as the Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.' Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, State of Telangana, would inform this Court on the strength of the written instructions dated 26.02.2019 furnished to him by the Tahsildar, Choutuppal Mandal, that a new pattadar pass book has already been issued to the petitioner with Khatha No.822 in relation to the extent of Ac.1.25 guntas in Survey No.625; Ac.0.05 guntas in Survey No.626; Ac.0.13 guntas in Survey No.627; and Ac.1.30 guntas, in Survey No.629, in all of Acs.3.33 guntas, in Panthangi Village.

He further stated that as regards disbursal of amounts under the Government's Rythu Bandhu Scheme, the Agriculture Department would be issuing the cheque through the Mandal Agriculture Officer.

In the light of the aforestated instructions of the Tahsildar, Choutuppal Mandal, it is clear that the allegation of the petitioner that the

Tahsildar would carry out mutation in favour of the fifth respondent is based on mere apprehension and nothing else.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed, duly taking on record the stand of the Tahsildar, Choutuppal Mandal, as set out supra. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
