Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Forests appearing for the respondents. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the respondent authorities are not considering its application dated 10.01.2011 for change of ownership and shifting the sawmill. Having considered the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition and submissions made by the learned Counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the subject matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to consider the application of the petitioner dated 10.01.2011 in accordance with the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in Divisional Forest Officer Vs.

Sree Venkateswara Saw Mills (2002(4)ALD 55) and in terms of the existing rules and policy and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the same and communicate the same to the petitioner. The Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
