The case of the petitioners is that they purchased the subject land admeasuring Ac.3-621⁄2 cents in R.S.No.361/2 and Ac.3.621⁄2 cents in Rs.No.361/2 respectively situated at Putrela Village, Vissannapet Mandal of Krishna District and they applied for issuance of passbooks and title deeds through F-line applications vide Nos FS011800320713 and FS011800320692 respectively, dated 29-08-2018. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the applications of the petitioners are pending before the 4th respondent, it is for him to consider and take action on the same.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the applications of the petitioners in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
