The grievance of the petitioner is that respondents 5 and 6 filed revision under Section 9 of Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 against grant of pattadar passbooks to him in the year 2001 after long lapse of (17) years, which is not maintainable. The petitioner filed an application on 23-10-2018 to the 2nd respondent stating that revision is barred by limitation and try the same as preliminary issue. Without considering the same, the 2nd respondent is taking-up the revision. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since revision is pending before the 2nd respondent and also application filed by the petitioner on 23-10-2018 regarding his objection to limitation, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner regarding limitation aspect before taking-up the revision for hearing and pass orders in accordance with law. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
