ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 14.10.2014 in WPMP.No.26573 of 2014 in Writ Petition No.21191 of 2014.

At the hearing, Sri K.Amrith Raj, learned counsel representing Sri K.Manik Prabhu, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the respondents have resumed supply of essential commodities to the petitioner's fair price shop from the month of December,

2014 and that the only month for which the supplies were withheld was November, 2014. He has, therefore, submitted that the Contempt Case may be closed.
