THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO Writ Petition No.34810 OF 2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Sri S.Chandra Mohan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that, in view of the memo dated 13.10.2017 issued by the Government of Telangana, the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the validity of the said memo dated 13.10.2017 in independent writ proceedings. Granting liberty, as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
