ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a certiorari to quash the fax messages, dated 22.01.2016 and 28.01.2016, issued by respondent Nos.3 and 4 respectively and the order, dated 12.02.2016, in O.A.No.432 of 2016 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal') - respondent No.10.

2. After arguing the case, Mr.D.Balakishan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, has requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition.

3. The request of the learned counsel for the petitioners is accepted.

4. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

5. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.8230 of 2016 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
