For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the application is ordered the Registry is directed to correct the name of the Court as 'II Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Hyderabad' instead of II Chief Judicial Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad, wherever it is typed in the order. Registry is directed to issue neat copy of the order after carrying out the corrections.
