This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 15.07.2017 and 04.09.2017 taking into consideration the final judgment in WP No.31447 of 2014, dated 10.02.2015 and final orders in OA No.10436 of 2008, dated 09.04.2009 and revise petitioner's pensionary benefits.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Services.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that having received the said representation, no action has been taken by the 2nd respondent.

Learned Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents submits that 2nd respondent will dispose of the said representation within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader for Services, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the said representation

within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
