THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.44450 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to proceed with the investigation in F.I.R. No.70 of 2016 and take action against the 5th respondent, who is accused therein.

The only grievance of the petitioner is that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, though the 3rd respondent registered a case in F.I.R. No.70 of 2016 against 5th respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC on 01.03.2016, so far, no steps have been taken and charge sheet has not been filed before the court concerned.

Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the investigation in F.I.R. No.70 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible and file a final report, if any, either way in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
