HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.39043 OF 2018 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent authorities in mutating the names of the petitioners in the revenue records and issuing the pattadar pass book and title deeds in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.5.01 guntas in Survey No.632/AA/2 and Ac.1.39 guntas in Sy.No.632/AA/1, total admeasuring Ac.7.00 guntas, situated at Chilkoor Village and Gram Panchayat, Moinabad Mandal, R.R.District, inspite of submitting the application dated 07.07.2018 followed by personal visits. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that petitioner has not filed application in Form 6A by paying necessary fee. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners will make necessary application.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to make application in Form 6A as prescribed under Rules along with necessary fee and on such application being made, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the same and take action in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
