Admittedly, seeking police aid, petitioner herein filed an interlocutory application vide CFR.No.1163 of 2018 pursuant to the orders of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ramannapet in I.A.No.107 of 2014 and the said interlocutory application is still pending before the learned judge according the learned Senior Counsel Sri P.Veera Reddy. Therefore, this Writ petition is disposed of, with a direction that the learned Junior Civil Judge, Ramannapet shall make an endeavour to dispose of CFR.NO.1163 of 2018 filed In I.A.No.107 of 2014 in O.S.No.16 of 2014, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Court. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
