THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2148 OF 2015 ORDER:

The present criminal revision case is filed by the petitioner challenging the order, dated 15.06.2015, passed in Crl.M.P.No.813 of 2013 in M.C.No.181 of 2013, by the Court of the Judge, Family Court at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, whereby the Court below directed the petitioner herein to pay interim maintenance amount of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) per month to second respondent herein, apart from payment of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) towards costs of the petition.

Heard and perused the records.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner herein is unable to pay the interim maintenance amount of Rs.20,000/- per month to the second respondent herein as ordered by the Court below and as such, prays this Court to reduce the maintenance amount.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the criminal revision case is disposed of with the following directions.

(i) The petitioner herein is directed to pay 50% of the interim monthly maintenance ordered by the Court below, i.e., Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to the second respondent payable on or before 10th of every succeeding month;

(ii) The petitioner is also directed to pay the arrears of maintenance amount calculating at 50% of the maintenance amount ordered by the Court below, within a period of three months from the date of this order; (iii) The order of the Court below with regard to the costs of the petition is concerned, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the same; and (iv) The trial Court is directed to dispose of M.C.No.181 of 2013 as

expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months, without being influenced by the order of this Court.

With the above directions, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions filed in this revision, if any, shall stand closed.
