The case of the petitioners is that she is the owner of land admeasuring Ac.3-00 guntas in sy.No.419 situated at Laxmipuram Village, Burgampadu Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem district having purchased the same from one Thati Srinu under registered sale deed bearing document No.26/1995, dated 23-03-1995. Later the petitioner sold an extent of Ac.1-00 guntas out of total extent of Ac.3-00 guntas to one Kamireddy Chinna Venkateshwara Reddy through a registered sale deed document bearing No.150/2012, dated 24-02-2012 and later his name was entered in revenue records. Since the name of the petitioner has not been entered in revenue records, she made a representation dated 05-10-2018 to the respondent-authorities to issue pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of land admeasuring Ac.2-00 guntas in sy.No.419. As no action has been taken on her application, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue says that application has to be made to the competent authority i.e. Tahsildar concerned under Form-VI (A) of
the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short "the Act") for issuance of E-pattadar passbooks and to mutate her name in revenue online records. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to file necessary application to the competent authority.
In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to make necessary application to the competent authority and on such application, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
