THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.15803 OF 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/A.1 seeking bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.226 of 2016 of Langer House Police Station, Hyderabad City, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 read with 34 I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State.

The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner, who is A.1, demanded an amount of Rs.4,00,000/- from the de facto complainant to get Visa. It is the further case of the prosecution that the petitioner/A.1 along with A.2 has been collecting money from the public by creating fake Visas. Basing on the complaint of one Ramagiri Vijay Kumar, the Station House Officer, Langer House Police Station, Hyderabad, registered a case in Crime No.226 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 read with 34 I.P.C. The petitioner herein filed Criminal Petition No.13098 of 2016 on the file of this Court seeking anticipatory bail and the same was dismissed on 09.09.2016.

The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is in progress.

As rightly pointed out by the learned Public Prosecutor, there are no changed circumstances to the previous petition.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the considered view that it is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. 8.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
