O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that though the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, vide proceedings in Rc.116/ 2017 dated 27.02.2018, submitted proposals to the 2nd respondent - District Collector and District Magistrate, Kurnool, for considering his request favorably for effecting transactions in respect of the subject property in Sy.No.141/ 1B in an extent of Ac.0.41 cents of Banaganapalli village, Kurnool, the said authority has not passed any orders till date.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Registration and Stamps. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the counsel, writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the proposals submitted by the 4th respondent dated 27.02.2018 and take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
