ORDER :

On the last occasion as it was reported that the orders of this Court were not complied, the contempt case was admitted and posted to this day for appearance of the respondent-Joint Sub-Registrar, Guntur, Guntur District.

2. Today, learned Government Pleader produced letter addressed by the respondent on 09.07.2014 informing him that the order was already complied by registering the documents on 08.07.2014. This fact was not brought to the notice of the learned Government pleader when the matter was listed earlier.

3. Having regard to the fact that the order of this Court is complied with, the appearance of the respondent is dispensed with. Hence, the Contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
