Aggrieved by the inaction of the 4th respondent - Tahsildar in considering the representation of the petitioner dated 01.10.2018 for conducting survey and fixing boundaries in respect of the subject property, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that as per the circulars of the Government in vogue, application has to be made through Mee-Seva by paying requisite fee by way of challan, and as the petitioner has not made application in the above said procedure, respondent No.4 could not consider the request of the petitioner.
Having regard to the facts and circumstance of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel, writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to make necessary application through Mee-Seva by paying requisite fee by way of challan, and as and when petitioner makes such application, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
