Sk. Rasool Bee v. The Revenue Divisional Officer,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT C.R.P.No.4079 OF 2015 ORDER:
The petitioner invokes the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for appropriate direction to the learned I-Additional Senior Civil Judge-cum-Land Acquisition Tribunal, Nellore, to consider and dispose of L.A.O.P.No.278 of 2009 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I have perused the material available on record and I am satisfied that the delay in disposal of LAOP is certainly causing deprivation of property to the petitioner and to avoid further delay in disposing of LAOP, the revision is ordered by directing the IAdditional Senior Civil Judge-cum-Land Acquisition Tribunal, Nellore to dispose of LAOP.No.278 of 2009 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, also stand disposed of. _______________ S.V.BHATT, J Date: 09.10.2015 Lrkm
