SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL APPEAL NO.760 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Appeal is preferred against the judgment dated 22.07.2015 in Crl.A.No.759 of 2013 passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad, R.R.District at L.B.Nagar, reversing the judgment dated 18.09.2013 passed by the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, L.B.Nagar, R.R.District in C.C.No.304 of 2010.

The parties filed a memo of compromise, wherein one of the terms of compromise is that a memo shall be filed before the Court expressing 'no objection' for allowing Crl.A.No.760 of 2015. The father of the de facto complainant is present and he submits that there was a compromise between the parties.

Considering the above, the Criminal Appeal is allowed and the judgment dated 22.07.2015 in Crl.A.No.759 of 2013 passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad, R.R.District at L.B.Nagar, is hereby set aside. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
