The case of the petitioners is that respondent No.4 is not mutating the name of the petitioner in revenue records in respect of land in sy.No.112 admeasuring Ac.5-00 and sy.No.62 admeasuring Ac.3-60 guntas situated at Kannala Village, Bellampally Mandal, Mancherial District inspite of written representations dated 23-12-2017 and 28-04-2018. Aggrieved by inaction of respondent No.4 on the representations made by the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue says that the petitioner has to make necessary application under Form-VI (A) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 to mutate his name in revenue online records.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to file necessary application. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make necessary application to the 4th respondent and on such application, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of

the same in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of three months from the date of receipt a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
